I went from anxious and depressed all the time to a completely different person. Sensei Marchand is no joke, he is one of the most genuine and caring people you will ever meet. He has such a wonderful system that changes not only a person physically, but mentally as well. He may be tough on his students, but it is only because he loves and cares for each and everyone of them. This shows not only his generosity, but how much he cares about Tiger Schulmann's as a whole. I could never truly thank him for what he has not only done for me, but for my family as well.
